About Ketra VRLA Battery

Ketra VRLA Battery is just a lead-acid battery with the electrolyte immobilized so that hydrogen and oxygen can be recombined. Its name comes from the fact that it is made of a sealed construction with pressure-release valves to stop gases from escaping. The gases created cannot easily form bubbles and rise to the surface of the electrolyte since the electrolyte is no longer in a fluid state after either being absorbed into a finely textured glass mat or being mixed with silica powder to create a gel.
